Once inserted, adjust the fabric evenly around the collar so the scallop sits evenly. 3. Clip the collar on your cat as normal. 4. Check that the collar sits snug but comfortable. (a guide should be a two finger gap). The collar should rotate freely and your cat can move without restriction.
