RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As each collar is handmade to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost. This policy is in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

SIZING NOTE
All Breakaway collars supplied with our collar covers are a standard adjustable size (19–32cm) to fit most cats. Please check sizing before purchasing. The supplied Breakaway collar is removable, allowing you to replace it with another collar of your choice if desired. (Replacement collars not supplied by PounceBright.)
