By accessing or purchasing from PounceBright, you agree to the following terms:
1. Handmade Products
All items are handmade to order, meaning slight variations may occur. This is part of the charm and uniqueness of our products.
Please note that colours may vary slightly from those displayed in website photographs due to differences in screen settings, lighting and fabric variations.
2. Payment
Full payment must be received before orders are processed and shipped.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Processing times are 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on Australia Post schedules.
4. Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns for change of mind are not accepted. Replacements are available for faulty or incorrect items.
5. Intellectual Property
PounceBright's collar design, product images, branding and website content are protected by applicable intellectual laws.
Our scalloped cat collar cover design is registered with IP Australia under Design Registration No. 202613611 and has successfully completed examination.
Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of our protected designs, images or branding is prohibited without our written consent.

6. Product Safety & Responsibility
Studies have shown that brightly coloured cat collar covers can reduce bird predation by increasing your cat's visibility to birds.
However, no bird-safe cat collar can guarantee 100% effectiveness in preventing hunting or protecting wildlife. Results may vary depending on the individual cat, its hunting behaviour and the surrounding environment.
PounceBright collar covers are supplied with a removable breakaway safety collar, which can be replaced with a suitable collar of your choice. For your cat's safety, we do recommend using a correctly fitted breakaway collar and regularly checking its fit and condition.
Allowing a cat to roam outdoors is the owner's choice and responsibility. Outdoor environments carry inherent risks, including accidents, injuries, loss and damage to collars.
PounceBright does not accept responsibility for incidents arising solely from outdoor roaming, or for collars lost through normal operation of the breakaway safety mechanism which is designed to release if caught for your cat's safety to the extent permitted by Australia law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
